To create your account on schedonimodena.com, please click on the following link. You will need to fill in the information required and validate the account creation request. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process. Please click on the email link to validate your account.
No. You can place an order without registering an account. The benefits of having an account enable you to view your order history, manage your addresses and payments and view your wish list.
If you have misplaced your credentials, select "Forgot Password" on the login page. An automated recovery link will automatically be sent to your registered email. For security, these links expire after 24 hours.
The wishlist feature allows you to save your favourite items for future viewing. Simply click on the wishlist icon ‘star’ featured on the product and collection pages to automatically add them to your account.
Yes. You will need to setup an account to be able to save and view items in your wishlist
Your selections are saved to your profile indefinitely. They will remain there until you move them to commission or remove them manually.
A wishlist is an expression of intent, not a reservation. For our Limited Edition runs (such as Serie Uno or High Summer drops), the item remains available to the public until an order is placed. We recommend moving limited pieces to your cart and follow the checkout process to secure the specific hide and colourway.
For our seasonal and limited-edition runs, you will receive a notification if the materials for an item in your wish list are nearing fulfilment . This allows you to secure your commission before the window closes.
Delivery, Shipping and Returns
We use a tracked and insured service with DHL
Your bag will be sent once it has completed quality control - we aim to have the full process final within 16 weeks of the order being placed. Alongside your purchase, you will receive a unique complimentary keyring that you are able to attach to the inner buckle of the bag.
For Limited Edition and Exclusive collaborations, we offer a shorter delivery time due to the pre-purchase of the hides in the selected colourways. We aim to deliver these particular items within 6 weeks of purchase. Please see the product page for delivery details.
Yes. You will receive an email notification from us when the parcel is shipped along with the tracking number.
DHL will send an email notifying you when the item is 'out of delivery'.
All shipping notifications are visible in your account where you will see the status marked as 'shipped', along with a clickable tracking number.
While our quality control process is rigorous, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you believe your piece has a structural defect or was damaged during transit, please contact our Concierge Team within 48 hours of delivery providing clear images of defected area(s) and a brief explanation of the visible issues.
- The Schedoni Guarantee: If a genuine artisanal fault is identified, we will arrange for the item to be returned to Modena at our expense for repair or replacement.
- A Note on Leather: Please remember that full-grain leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, subtle markings, or slight tonal shifts are not defects—they are the "fingerprints" of the hide and a hallmark of authentic patina.
We offer a 24-hour grace period following your order confirmation during which you may cancel or modify your commission for a full refund or exchange for an alternative colour way or style, if available. After this window, the procurement uof materials and artisanal scheduling begins, and the order becomes final.
Should you wish to amend the delivery address, please contact our concierge team within 7 days of the order being placed who can notify DHL of the change.
Once you have notified the concierge team, they will be able to support you in the return of your item who will raise the returns request with DHL.
You will then receive a notification email with the shipping label. We will be happy to arrange collection of the item with DHL, on your behalf, at your preferred time/date.

As we ship globally, the taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout.

Our metal hardware elements, crafted of solid brass with ruthenium finishing, accessorize your Schedoni Modena bag with fashionable flair, function and durability. Every zipper pull, buckle and clasp has been designed and fabricated with precision and high quality as an homage to classic car parts.
In order to maintain the aesthetic of your bag, be sure to protect it from water, direct sunlight, extreme heat, and excessive humidity or dryness, as leather is a living, vulnerable material that could change color and appearance when exposed to these conditions. Should your bag come in contact with water along its journey, gently dry your leather with a soft cloth to keep its story well preserved.

In between your jaunts of exploration, we recommend you store your Schedoni Modena bag in a warm, dry and dark location. This will ensure your bag best retains its colour and appearance. Keep the original box and protective cover as our packaging is designed to keep your bag’s natural shape intact when it is not in use. We recommend that you do not use moisture-absorbing sachets as they can over dry your leather and cause it to crack.
