Each Schedoni Modena piece is crafted to order by our artisans, following a meticulous process that reflects our commitment to excellence and individuality.

Bespoke production

As all leather goods are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced. This policy reflects the time, care and craftsmanship dedicated to creating each individual piece.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. In this case, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

After this period, or once production is underway, cancellations are no longer possible.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item presents a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair or replacement.

This guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
